WilmerHale is proud to announce that three of the firm’s attorneys have been selected for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) prestigious 2023 Fellows and Pathfinders programs.
Partner Nana Wilberforce was named to the 2023 class of LCLD Fellows, who are selected based on a demonstrated history of leadership, community engagement and a commitment to furthering diversity and inclusion in the legal field. Wilberforce, who was WilmerHale’s 2017 Pickering Fellow, joins a talented group of diverse, accomplished attorneys who will participate in the year-long professional development program.
Senior Associates Cristina Salcedo and Labdhi Sheth were selected for LCLD’s 2023 Pathfinders Program, which provides diverse, high-potential attorneys with practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networks. The program, which is designed for individuals who have distinguished themselves early in their careers, will enable Salcedo and Sheth to learn from leaders in the legal profession and gain hands-on executive experience.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is made up of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. Established in 2011 and 2015 respectively, the Fellows and Pathfinders programs are part of LCLD’s mission to “attract, inspire, and nurture the talent in society and within our organizations, thereby helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.”
