Los Angeles Business Journal has named Partner Nana Wilberforce to its 2023 Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys list. The annual list recognizes some of the city’s most influential legal practitioners whose careers, attributes and accomplishments have earned the respect of their peers. According to the publication, those named to the list were “chosen based on a demonstration of impact made on the profession and on the Los Angeles community.”
Wilberforce focuses her regulatory and government affairs practice on matters involving antitrust and competition. Specializing in price-fixing investigations and merger clearance, she has helped some of the nation’s largest, best-known and industry-leading companies navigate the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division’s Leniency Program in cartel enforcement matters, counseled clients through changes to enforcement priorities including no-poach agreements and interlocking directorates and worked to secure merger clearance for transactions across a range of industries.
