WilmerHale represented the underwriters in the initial public offering of 7,130,000 shares of common stock of Rallybio Corporation, reflecting the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, for aggregate gross proceeds of $92.7 million. The offering priced on July 28, 2021 at $13.00 per share and closed on August 2, 2021.

The team representing the underwriters consisted of Partners Lisa Firenze and Molly Fox and Senior Associate Jason Hyatt, with support from Partners Bruce Manheim and Colleen Superko and Attorney Heidi Treiber.
