Craig Hilts, a Boston-based partner in the Corporate Practice Group, was recently selected as a Top Rising Star honoree by The Deal. According to the publisher, “this year’s list identifies individuals who have displayed excellence in their respective legal fields including mergers and acquisitions and private equity.”

Honorees were identified by The Deal for their spectacular work in the field of dealmaking and for their continued progress in their careers despite the obstacles put in front of them.
