Capital Markets Lawyer Glenn Pollner Joins WilmerHale’s New York Office

WilmerHale is pleased to announce that Glenn Pollner, a highly respected and accomplished capital markets attorney, has joined the firm as partner in our New York office.

Mr. Pollner brings more than 25 years’ experience in capital markets transactions, as well as other corporate and securities law matters. He represents issuers and underwriters in equity and debt capital markets transactions and companies in connection with general corporate matters, including public company disclosure and reporting obligations, as well as in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions.

He has extensive experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, as well as in other industries, including technology, financial services, consumer and retail, industrial and REITs.

Mr. Pollner earned a JD from Boston University, where he served as editor for the Annual Review of Banking Law, and a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. He joins WilmerHale from another large international law firm in New York.
