WilmerHale has been named a Top Place to Work by The Boston Globe for the sixth consecutive year. This annual ranking from the Globe is determined based on feedback from anonymous surveys completed by employees.
According to the Globe, more than 65,981 employees at 323 companies in Massachusetts participated in this year's survey, rating their company on management, training, direction, job satisfaction, compensation, benefits and more. Winners were announced in four categories: small companies (50 to 99 workers); medium (100 to 249); large (250 to 999); and largest (1,000 or more).
WilmerHale’s Boston office serves as one of the firm’s core locations, focusing on litigation, corporate and intellectual property practices. Clients benefit from WilmerHale’s extensive industry knowledge, with many of the firms' practice leaders housed in Boston. Other core practices include bankruptcy and commercial, environmental, labor and employment, real estate and tax.
The Boston office is also a major center for the firm’s Community Partnerships. This philanthropic outreach program encourages WilmerHale employees to contribute financial support, pro bono legal representation, volunteer service and in-kind donations in partnership with area nonprofits.
