Women in Housing and Finance will present its Spring Symposium entitled, "Changing Markets: Perspectives on Credit and Liquidity In Housing Finance." This day-long event will provide attendees with the opportunity to hear from experts in the mortgage securitization market as they address issues such as the role of the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in the current securitization market and how to revive the private securitization market. Attendees will also hear from Hill staff and the Administration regarding regulatory reform efforts and how those efforts will set the stage for a new mortgage marketplace for consumers, lenders and investors, as well as meet the new Ginnie Mae leadership, President Ted Tozer and Executive Vice President Mary Kinney.
WilmerHale will host this event and WilmerHale counsel Sara Kelsey will moderate the panel entitled, "Regulatory Reform: How Will This Shape the New Marketplace?"
