Term Sheets form the basis of relationships with any funder, whether it is an angel, an angel group, or a venture capital firm. They also are written in legal language, which can be difficult for the average entrepreneur to follow. This program covers the term sheets in plain English and offers pointers on what is and is not negotiable.
