Wilmer’s Berlin office will again co-sponsor a conference at Humboldt University. This year’s topic is "The International Business Law of the Internet" ("Das internationale Wirtschaftsrecht des Internet"). While the main conference language will be German, some speeches will be held in English. Venit (co-chairman of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group), Manfred Balz (General Counsel, Deutsche Telekom AG) and Tanja Jessen (CompuServe). An exhibition of artist Chris Newman's works will open after the conference at a reception in our Berlin office.
