WilmerHale Partner and co-chair of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence Practice and Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice, Kirk Nahra, is co-chair of The Virtual Forty-Second National HIPAA Summit taking place March 25-28, 2025. Kirk will participate in two sessions on Thursday, March 27:
- Making Sense of the Growing Health Care Privacy Mess, at 1 p.m. ET. This session will follow Kirk’s welcome remarks and introductions as co-chair of the conference.
- A Dialogue on Key Privacy Challenges in 2025 with Privacy Leaders Across the Industry, at 3:15 p.m. ET. In this session, Kirk and other industry professionals will discuss the anticipated privacy challenges for the upcoming year.
