Deep Seabed Mining Disputes

Hamburg, Germany
Speaking Engagement

Partner Jonathan Lim will speak on the panel "Enforcement of Decisions" at the Deep Seabed Mining Disputes Workshop on February 21, 2025 in Hamburg, Germany.

The Deep Seabed Mining Disputes Workshop, organized by the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, Walther-Schücking-Institute for International Law, Bucerius Center for International Dispute Resolution and Luther, brings together arbitration and public international law practitioners to examine how that system would operate today and whether it meets modern dispute resolution needs.
