Topics will include the FTC’s recent actions against pharmaceutical patent rights—including challenges to Orange Book listings and the promotion of “march-in rights”—and a pivotal Second Circuit ruling which endorses a definition of pharmaceutical antitrust markets so narrow as to encompass nothing more than a single patented invention.
