The McCarthy Institute’s inaugural IP-Con brought together academics, practicing attorneys, and students from across the globe to engage with one another as they consider current topics in intellectual property law. This year’s conference also introduced the new partnership between The McCarthy Institute and the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law to the legal community.
The three-day, in-person conference was hosted by ASU Law and the Center for Law, Science and Innovation. A virtual streaming component was made available for attendees.
On Thursday, March 17, WilmerHale Partner Ben Fernandez moderated the conference's Keynote Conversation between Tiki Dare, Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Oracle, Michael Kelly, Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon and Adraea Brown, Assistant General Counsel - Trademarks at Harley-Davidson.
WilmerHale was a sponsor. Visit the conference site for a complete conference agenda.
