In this seminar, Dr. Martin Braun, Prof. Dr. Hans-Georg Kamann and Dr. Vanessa Wettner will give participants comprehensive preparation for disputes in connection with data protection violations due to the GDPR. Among other things, the participants will be equipped with the necessary tools to take action in the event of legal measures taken by supervisory authorities (e.g. fines), claims for damages or class actions in order to achieve optimal results for their company and to assert their legal rights. The seminar is aimed at heads and employees of the legal department in companies, in particular those responsible for litigation and/or data protection.
