Senior Associate Apoorva Patel will speak at the Third British Virgin Islands (BVI) International Arbitration Conference. The two-day conference, under the theme “Arbitration 2.0,” will explore how international arbitration has “come of age” through shifting legislation, rules, and practices and an ever-more-diverse roster of players. The conference will feature lectures, presentations, and panel discussions from an esteemed international cohort of speakers. Mr. Patel will speak at a plenary session on ethics in international arbitration, which will discuss whether the current architecture is sufficiently robust to ensure the required integrity and ethics in international arbitration proceedings.
