The Cambridge University Graduate Law Society (CUGLS) will host the third annual Cambridge Arbitration Day on 4-5 March 2016 at the Faculty of Law in Cambridge, United Kingdom. The conference includes the participation of distinguished lawyers, arbitrators, and academics who are prominent authorities in their respective fields in international arbitration. The event is entirely academic and looks to contribute to the debates surrounding the topics in the agenda. The Arbitration Day is mainly destined to students, both graduate and postgraduate, from top universities in England. Due to the importance of the topics dealt in the conference and the trajectory of our speakers, this event is also attended by practitioners who wish to broaden their knowledge of international arbitration.
WilmerHale Partner Franz Schwarz will present on "Drafting and Advising on Asymmetrical Arbitration Clauses," and Counsel Olga Braeuer will present on "The Pechstein Case - Is There a Future for Sports Arbitration?"
