Partner Lisa Pirozzolo has been honored among the "Top Women of Law" in 2013 by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Published annually since 2008, the "Top Women of Law" list celebrates female attorneys who are pioneers, educators, trailblazers and role models in the industry.
Pirozzolo is co-chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group and of the firm's Associates and Work Life Balance Committees. She has represented clients in patent infringement, licensing and contract disputes involving a wide variety of technologies, and has experience handling all phases of litigation, in both the trial court and on appeal, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Pirozzolo also serves as the Treasurer for the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and is an active participant in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts program for the appointment of pro bono counsel. In addition to her busy IP litigation practice, she maintains an active pro bono practice that has involved the representation of indigent clients in a variety of civil rights cases, including cases challenging racial discrimination and protecting prisoners' rights.
