Jennifer Graber
Counsel
Jennifer Graber is a counsel who focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation matters before federal district courts, appellate courts, administrative agencies and the United States International Trade Commission. Ms. Graber has experience working with a broad range of products and technologies, from medical devices to pharmaceuticals and biologics to microprocessor circuits.
Ms. Graber began her career at WilmerHale as a summer associate. Prior to rejoining the firm, Ms. Graber was a law clerk to the Honorable Pauline Newman of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Graber served as the senior executive editor of the N.Y.U. Law Review and was awarded with the Albert Podell Prize for best brief-writer in the Orison S. Marden Moot Court Competition. Ms. Graber was a research assistant to Professor Rochelle Dreyfuss, assisting with drafting segments on cutting edge issues in international intellectual property law. She was also a teaching assistant for Graduate Lawyering, a program focused on legal research, writing and analysis. Additionally, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. While there, she assisted in drafting opinions on topics including social security, criminal law and habeas corpus.
Ms. Graber was previously a research analyst with the Insurance Archaeology Group where she performed research on behalf of large corporations and law firms assessing potential environmental and toxic tort liabilities. In 2012, she was employed at Park IP, where she processed projects for foreign filing patents.
